Description

Developed at the request of several presidents of stand-up paddle associations and clubs, the “Confort Paddle” is a versatile board designed for people with balance issues or limited mobility, allowing them to safely experience the joys of paddling.

Extremely stable, the “Confort Paddle” is equipped with an innovative system of stabilizing floats that are adjustable in width and connected by carbon tubes. These floats can be installed at the front and/or rear to enhance stability, offering complete modularity to suit the paddler’s needs. This gives you the option to use the board without floats, with a single set, or with two sets for optimal stability.

The deck is specially designed to accommodate both independent adaptive paddlers and those requiring assistance. Specific mounting points allow for the attachment of wheelchair wheels, such as those on the “Hippocampe” model, or any other non-motorized wheelchair. Thanks to our custom design, we can offer solutions tailored to everyone’s needs.

The rear section, which is very wide (73 cm) and flat, allows the board to be beached from the rear on a sandy beach, so that a single assistant can load the wheelchair and its passenger from the water’s edge.

The board can be customized with your association’s or community’s colors and logos, ensuring a unique identity on the water. Its sturdy, rigid construction using high-quality composite materials guarantees durability and performance. It comes standard with a central fin box and three handles for easy transport.

This paddleboard is suitable for various types of disabilities and is fully compatible with the Hippocampe wheelchair (not included), allowing you to secure the wheelchair directly to the board via dedicated anchor points. Whether used alone or accompanied, the Confort Paddle adapts to your needs.

Deck equipment and accessories included:

The deck features a large non-slip surface covered with 3.5 mm EVA foam with raised nubs, providing comfort and safety. For transport, the board is equipped with an integrated central handle (for single-person carrying by the instructor) and three neoprene-covered strap handles (for two-person carrying). A tow attachment is located at each end.The deck features 11 sturdy deck attachments (stainless steel buckles) for threading the supplied straps, allowing both seat models to be secured. Two automatic deflation valves complete the equipment.To enable beaching from the rear on sand, two long (40 cm) and shallow (5 cm) fins are directly laminated to the board. Warning: Do not beach on hard surfaces (concrete or rock).
